Thrive Noble County knows that among the 20 Clues to Rural Community Survival are a willingness to invest in the future; a deliberate transition of power to a younger generation of leaders; and the acceptance of women in leadership roles. A participatory approach to community decision-making is also key. As Thrive sought to have a greater impact on Noble County, the group made the commitment to fill a gap by developing Engage Noble, aimed specifically and intentionally at the cultivation of civic leaders.
Engage Noble provides all individuals, ages 17 and up, an opportunity to gain and expand knowledge and leadership skills to enhance their life and work as a member of our community.
