The Thrive Noble County Steering Committee has launched a capital campaign to fund Engage Noble Leadership Academy and NoblePalooza, an Expo to Thrive. Your investment in Thrive helps raise community awareness of the 5 Pillars upon which Noble County prospers and supports programs that develop a pipeline of Servant Leaders to shape our communities now - and into the future.

Engage Noble Leadership Academy
Engage Noble is a Servant Leadership academy like no other! Over the past two years, 38 individuals completed a shared leadership journey that provided insights into every sector of the local economy. They met more than 50 local elected officials, business and civic leaders, workplace professionals, appointed and volunteer board members, and others who spoke to the unique strengths, opportunities, and aspirations that affect the Quality of Life in Noble County. Members of the cohort were provided specialized instruction to instill the principles, values, and practices of Servant Leadership, as well as asset-based community development, self-care, self-branding, and network building.
NoblePalooza, an Expo to Thrive
NoblePalooza is an annual community event and celebration held the second Saturday of March at the Community Learning Center in Kendallville. The event is free to attend for all ages and showcases individuals and organizations from across Noble County that make our communities thrive! NoblePalooza features more than 100 exhibitors, teen entrepreneurs, small businesses aspiring to grow, cultural attractions, and more - all who come together to celebrate, network, and grow. Residents of all ages and workers who commute into Noble County attend to discover the many assets available in Noble County, to make new connections and develop new collaborations, and to discover opportunities to follow their passions. Everything at NoblePalooza is designed to bring awareness to the 5 Pillars of Thrive and help people become more intentional about supporting and engaging within the community.
