About the Presenter:
Mike Ott is a Commercial Lender with Farmers & Merchants Bank in Churubusco, Indiana. After earning a degree in education from Purdue University, Mike spent 10 years teaching at West Noble Elementary School before transitioning into banking. He later served as a commercial banker with STAR Financial Bank in Columbia City for a decade before joining Farmers & Merchants Bank.

In addition to his professional experience, Mike is deeply involved in the nonprofit sector. He serves as Chair of the Board for TROY Center, is a member of the Finance Council at Immaculate Conception, and is an active member of the Churubusco Rotary Club. Mike brings both financial expertise and firsthand nonprofit leadership experience, offering practical insights that participants can immediately apply within their organizations.
